Cyril Cayez

Cyril holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law and Tax from the Université de Paris II (1999). In 2000, he earned a Postgraduate Degree in Banking and Finance from the Université de Paris V and another one in Corporate Strategy from ESCP Europe (Paris). Finally, he holds a Specialized Master’s in Finance from ESCP Europe (2001).

Cyril qualified in 2010 as a Réviseur d’Entreprises Agréé (certified independent auditor) in Luxembourg. He is currently a member of the following associations:

• IRE, Institut des Réviseurs d’entreprises 
• ALCO, Association Luxembourgeoise des Compliance Officers 
• IIA, Institute of Internal Auditors in Luxembourg
• ALRIM, Association Luxembourgeoise du Risk Management

Cyril Cayez co-founded an audit and consulting firm in March 2016 - HACA Partners. He is the certified auditor within the firm and co-leads the Compliance and internal audit practices. Cyril acts as Compliance officer for 3 management companies in Luxembourg. Cyril is an independent Director for a limited number of financial and commercial companies or funds.
