The key sectors of our investment focus were identified based on the analysis of three criteria which include the fundamental needs of the current and future population, megatrends and demography. The CLCF key sectors of investment focus are:    

• specialized agriculture
• scientific & healthcare technologies
• real estate long-term value
• other identified niche strategies

SELECTION CRITERIA FOR INVESTMENTS

For investment opportunities we have defined the following criteria which constitute a stable base for the assessment and evaluation of any investment project.      

• preferably companies with a proven history
• family-owned companies facing generational change and therefore in need of a new ownership-structure
• companies with a unique position in their specific market segment (niche)
• management stability or top-profile motivated successors of top managers available
• stable or growing turnover as well as EBITDA margin
